How do I submit my transcripts to Keuka College?

What is the cost for each course?

The cost for online courses depends on the program. If you are an undergraduate or graduate student, please visit the College Catalog for more tuition cost information.
 

What Learning Management System (LMS) does Keuka College use for online courses?

Keuka College uses Moodle for our online classroom.

As an online student, will I have access to student support resources?

Yes, you will have access to the same resources available to on-campus students. Some examples include:

Do I have to purchase Microsoft Office Suite or will Keuka College provide it for me?

Once you become a Keuka College online student, you will have access to download Microsoft 365.

How are semesters split up for online programs?

Each traditional term is divided into two 7-week terms: Summer 1, Summer 2, Fall 1, Fall 2, Spring 1, and Spring 2. January is the only term that is 4 weeks long, instead of 7 weeks. Please visit the academic calendar for the exact dates of each class session.

As a recently graduated high school school student with college credit, can I be considered for an online undergraduate program?

To be accepted into an online undergraduate program, you must be a transfer student. A transfer student is defined as anyone who has previously attended a postsecondary institution, with or without completed college credits. For more information, please review the transfer student policy.

As an online student, will I need to have access to a laptop?

Yes, to complete course requirements, you need access to a laptop. Additional information regarding the minimum technology requirements for an online program can be found here.

Are all classes offered online?

All classes for our online undergraduate and graduate Social Work and Management programs are offered asynchronously. Asynchronous means that there are no in-person or virtual class meeting times, and allow you to complete course work within an expected time frame.

How do I apply for financial aid?

Once you have decided to consider Keuka College as an option to earn your degree, please submit your FAFSA and indicate Keuka College as one of your designated schools. The Keuka College Financial Aid code is: 002744

Is Keuka College an accredited college?

Yes, we are accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.  Additional Keuka College program-specific accreditations can be found here.

Is it required that I have my official high school transcript sent to Keuka College?

If you have a conferred associate's degree reflected on your official transcript, you are not required to send your official high school transcript to Keuka College. If you do not have an associate's degree, you must send your official high school transcript to Keuka College.

Is an enrollment deposit required for online students?

Yes, if you are admitted to Keuka College, you are required to submit a $200 enrollment deposit to reserve your spot within your desired program.
